85 percent of attendance is required of the students in order to appear at any of the examination held in school. Leave of absence for 1 – 3 days, must be entered briefly in the NON-ATTENDANCE LEAVE record in diary. in case of Leave of absence for more than 3 days due to sickness a letter of application along with a Medical certificate must be sent. For any other leave of absence permission prior to the leave is a must. The leave application has to be countersigned by the person whose specimen signature is given on Page 2 of the school diary.

Joining School after a short or long absence need permission of the Principal.

A student absenting continuously for 15 days, with- out any information, will be considered, as left the school and his/her name will be struck off the roll.

Re-admission can be granted after paying the re-admission charge and the full dues.

It is imperative for the study progress of each child that he/she be present in school every day. All are expected to attend classes on the re-opening day after each of the vacations, much more so on the first day of the new Academic year. Those absent without prior sanctioned leave will be fined at the discretion of the Principal. Those absent because of sickness must inform the school before or on the reopening day and present a medical certificate they are admitted to class failing which they must pay the imposed penalty.
